I know positive energy can rub off on others and in that sense I think I am able to influence others in a positive way, but when someone is clearly in a bad place mentally, I struggle to go and address that with them and try to pull them out of that state of mind. Remaining positive through all my circumstances and not letting my emotions negatively impact me is what I am striving to make progress towards.
